BYOB class
This class is 100% hands-on. You will be making fresh pasta dough, rolling and filling each ravioli. We will also make tiramisu the traditional way.

Javiera is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.

The Studio is a professional bakery, which provides the perfect atmosphere for our workshops. There is a professional steam injected oven, which will give you allow you to experience what professional bakeries do.

Children over the age of 14 are welcomed to attend with an adult. Two tickets will need to be purchased: one for the minor and the other for the adult. Everyone at the Studio needs to have a paid spot.
