Please read and complete the below class guidelines.

Provide first and last name of the individual who booked the class (please provide the information submitted when booking)

Who is attending the class?

Please provide ONLY the names & emails of the people attending (including yourself if attending)
As everyone attending the class will need to read and acknowledge this form, we will go ahead and contact the above additional emails.
I understand that this is not a gluten-free class.
I acknowledge that I will need access to an oven within a day or two (at most) in order to bake the bread that was made in class.
I acknowledge that lunch, snacks, water, tea and coffee will be provided by Vituperio.
I acknowledge that this class is for registered (paid) adult attendees (18 yrs. of age or older) only.
We do not allow anyone who isn't registered for the class to be inside the Studio.
I acknowledge that from this point on my ticket is non-refundable or deferrable. Your spot in this class is transferrable, so you may have someone else take your place for this particular class in the event that you cannot make it. Please make sure you inform us of this situation: contact@vituperio.com
For your safety, please wear comfortable closed toe shoes (no heels) and please bring a sweater (it gets cold).
The Studio's door will open at 9:45 am on Friday, March 21st, 2025. Please make sure to arrive on time as the class will start at 10am.
Please bring a small cooler (we have ice for it) if you won't have access to a refrigerator within 1 hour after the workshop has ended.
